Standards for Protecting Children from Sexual Abuse and Exploitation within Enjaz Apps Applications

Children's Privacy

These services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If we discover that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this information from our servers.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary actions.

Because the applications are intended for getting acquainted for the purpose of marriage, we prohibit the registration of children under the age of 18, as stated in the application's Terms and Conditions.

However, as a commitment from us as a developer, we pledge to take appropriate measures to protect children if any issue related to this subject is detected, observed, or reported.

Age Verification

The app may use age estimation technologies available through the device system or platform services, such as app store services, to determine whether a user is eligible to use certain features or access the app.

The app does not collect the user's date of birth or actual age; it relies solely on age cues provided by the system.

If these cues indicate that the user is under the permitted age limit, access to the app or some of its features may be restricted.

Cases Related to Child Protection in Which Our Applications Take Immediate Action

• If it is discovered that a child has registered in the application, because the application is not intended for children:

  We will delete the child's account immediately.

• If any user publishes a picture of a child,

  because the application prohibits publishing any pictures of children, as stated on the Terms and Conditions page, appropriate action will be taken regarding the violating content.

• If any user writes about or hints at the abuse of children inside or outside the application:

  We will delete the content or delete the offending user's account.

Legal Actions

If we confirm child sexual abuse or exploitation, we will provide any assistance possible to take the necessary legal action against the offending user.

This includes providing pictures, phrases, or other information that may help prevent or take action against a user who violated the rules protecting children from sexual abuse or exploitation, or exposed a child to danger, whether through psychological, verbal, or other forms of abuse.

Methods of Reporting Anything Related to Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation

First: From Within the Application

From within the application, users can report and communicate with our team through the email address provided on the application's Terms and Conditions page.

Users may also communicate directly with the administrator and report the presence of a child who has registered in the application, as the application prevents anyone under the age of 18 from registering.

Second: From Outside the Application

Users can send an email to report any issue related to children using the following email address:
