Terms of Service – Zawaj Apps

Welcome to the "Zawaj" apps, in their country-specific versions, which are listed at the end of this page (collectively, the "App"). The App is provided by Enjaz Apps ("we", "us", "our").
By using any of these apps or creating an account in one of them, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Description of the Service
The App is a matchmaking platform that helps people who are seeking a serious marriage to get to know each other. It is a communication tool only, and it does not guarantee that you will find a spouse or that any relationship will succeed.
2. Eligibility and Account Creation
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Only one account is allowed per person.
- All information you provide must be true and accurate, including your name, age, gender, and marital status.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place through your account.
- You may use the App only with the intention of serious marriage.
3. Rules of Use and Prohibited Conduct
The following is strictly prohibited:
- Impersonating another person, or using false information or images, or information or images that belong to someone else.
- Harassment, abuse, threats, blackmail, or the use of obscene language.
- Sending or posting any sexual content or content that violates public decency.
- Asking users for money or defrauding them in any way.
- Advertising or promoting products, services, or websites, or sending spam.
- Collecting or sharing other users' data.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the App.
- Using the App in violation of applicable laws.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Some features of the App, including sending messages and others, are available only to users with a paid subscription. Weekly and monthly subscription plans are available. Prices are shown inside each app before purchase and may differ from one app to another.
- Payment is processed entirely through Google Play, and fees are charged to your Google Play account. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
- Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the same price, unless you cancel it sufficiently before the renewal date.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then select the app). Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have paid for. Uninstalling the App or deleting your account does not cancel your subscription automatically; you must cancel it in Google Play.
- Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Google Play's policies, and we are not able to issue refunds directly. In general, no refunds are given for a paid period that has already been used.
- We may change subscription prices or features. You will be notified in advance as required by Google Play's policies, and new prices apply from the next renewal.
- If your account is suspended for violating these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund of your subscription.
5. Content and Moderation
- You are responsible for the content you send or post in the App, including your information and messages.
- We grant you the right to use the App, and you grant us a limited license to display your content within the App solely for the purpose of providing the service.
- We have the right to review accounts and content, and to reject, delete, or suspend any account or content that violates these Terms, without prior notice in serious cases.
- You can report any abusive user or content, and block any user, from within the App or by contacting us at the support email.
6. Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information entered by users, nor their identity or intentions.
- We are not responsible for any communication, meeting, agreement, or relationship that takes place between users, whether inside or outside the App.
- We advise you to be cautious, not to share sensitive information or money with anyone, to verify the other party, and to involve your family in any meeting.
- The App is provided "as is" without any warranty that it will operate without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the App.
7. Account Suspension and Deletion
- You can delete your account and your data at any time from within the App.
- We may suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms.
- Your data is handled upon deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights to the App, including its design, logo, and software, are reserved by us. It may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without written permission.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will publish the new version on this page with the update date. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country of residence], and any disputes relating to them will be resolved before the competent courts there, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under the local laws of the user's country of residence.
